How do I reset my password?

If you signed up with an email address and password, open the sign-in screen and tap "forgot password?". Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. For your security, the message is the same whether or not an account exists for that email. If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, you don't have an Atlas Eight password — just use the same "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple" button you used before.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Premium subscriptions are billed through the app store, so they're managed there:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See our Terms of Use for the full subscription terms.

How do I request account deletion?

To delete your account and associated data, email us at mindrealm.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data and your rights.
